I am a Christian. God called me out of generic America paganism to Christianity when I was seventeen years old. Its been bumpy ride through several heretical movements. I even had a stint as a pro-blackjack player that was documented in a movie. God has graciously kept me from falling away through all this foolishness and sin. I’m presently a member of ClearNote Church in Bloomington, IN.
I am a husband. I married my high school sweetheart, Emily, back in 2003. She is everything I can want in a woman and then some. I’m convinced she is the main reason most people even put up with me.
I am a father. Emily and I are blessed with three sons and a little girl: Hudson, Athanasius, and Cædmon are my boys. Nicaea is my little girl. They are the inspiration behind my Reforming Fatherhood Facebook page.
I am a church planter. I planted a small church in Cincinnati, OH. It existed in one form or another for 3 years. I decided to uproot the church in 2008 for reasons that can’t be concisely explained here (nothing juicy). However, I do hope to plant a church again through ClearNote Fellowship.
